What We Do
Three Defined Areas of Work
Each service is quoted after a short inspection. You decide whether to proceed before any work begins.
Full Movement Service & Overhaul
Complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, fresh lubrication and multi-position timing regulation. For mechanical and self-winding pieces that have not been opened in four to five years.

Crystal, Crown & Gasket Renewal
Replacement of scratched or chipped acrylic, mineral or sapphire crystals, matched crown and stem, and renewal of case-back and pusher gaskets. Water resistance re-tested.

- Result recorded in plain language
- Light case cleaning included
- 3 – 5 working day turnaround
Bracelet, Strap & Wearing Comfort Fitting
Sizing and re-pinning of metal bracelets, replacement of worn spring bars, straightening of stretched links, and fitting of leather, rubber or fabric straps. Consultation included.

What Makes the Difference
Condition Report First
Every piece is inspected and documented before any work begins. You receive a written report and can decide in your own time whether to proceed.
Manufacturer Lubrication Charts
Oils and greases are applied at the viscosities specified for each calibre family — not a general-purpose mix that leaves some surfaces under- or over-lubricated.
Water Resistance Testing
After gasket work, each case is tested with dry vacuum and pressure equipment. The result is noted in plain language — not presented as a marketing claim.
Six-Month Workshop Record
Each overhaul is entered into a service log you receive. It records what was done, which parts were replaced and the timing result across multiple positions.
Clear Turnaround Times
You are told at intake how long the work is expected to take. If a part needs to be ordered, you are contacted before the timeline changes.
Walk-In Welcome
Bracelet fitting and minor adjustments are typically completed the same day for clients who visit the counter directly. No appointment required for these jobs.

Frequently Asked
How do I know if my watch needs a full overhaul?
A mechanical or automatic movement generally benefits from service every four to five years, or sooner if it is running more than ±30 seconds per day, stops unexpectedly or has been exposed to moisture. Bring it in for a free visual inspection and we will give you a clear assessment.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We service most Swiss, Japanese and German mechanical and automatic movements. If the calibre requires a factory-only part that is not available in the independent market, we will tell you at the inspection stage rather than after the work has started.
How long does a movement overhaul take?
Most overhauls are completed within ten to fourteen working days. If a part must be ordered, the timeline is extended and you are contacted before that change is made. You receive an estimated completion date at drop-off.
What does the service price include?
The quoted price covers disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of all movement parts, inspection of the mainspring barrel and jewels, lubrication, reassembly, timing regulation, a fresh gasket set and the written service record. Replacement parts, if needed, are quoted separately and approved by you before fitting.
Can I leave my watch without an appointment?
Walk-in clients are always welcome during workshop hours. For bracelet fitting and minor adjustments, same-day completion is usual. For overhauls and crystal work, you can leave the piece and we will contact you with the condition report within one to two working days.

Walk-in clients are welcome during workshop hours. For strap fitting and sizing, same-day completion is the norm. No appointment required.
